The Swedish manufacturer of trucks Volvo Trucks will launch this year the production of the most powerful truck in its history, the Volvo FH16 750 hp. This innovation comes 25 years after the release of the first 16-liter engine from the same manufacturer.

In 1987, the engine output 16 liters of Volvo Trucks, Volvo F16 truck 470 was already the idol of the road. But since then a lot of technological developments came fortify trucks and ending with the launch of this year’s FH16 750 hp.

Thus, both models have traveled 2200 meters on a slope of 7%, one of the toughest climbs in Sweden called the Gothenburg coast and on the outskirts of Jönköping.

However, the relative ease with which the Volvo FH16 750 has climbed the coast of Gothenburg made him aware of the exceptional progress since.
